The Toco Foundation’s Youth and Sexuality Project (TYSP) in collaboration with the Voice of One Overcomers Club will be making an HIV and AIDS Presentation during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) to be held 22nd – 29th November, 2009. This activity is part of the “PEOPLES SPACE” a civil society showcase of Commonwealth countries.

This will take place in “The Pan Yard” one of the eight pavilions erected at the Queen’s Park Savannah on Monday 23rd November from 12:00 pm to 2:00pm.

The public is invited to visit “The Spoken Word”, interact and share ideas and concerns about the future of HIV and AIDS in our country from a civil society point of view. Participants will be able to share in the memories of our past success stories and triumphs as it relates to community based initiatives on HIV and AIDS. It will also focus on a number of current challenges.
